Miss Magdelina Stirling (1766-1846), the youngest daughter of Sir William Stirling, 4th Baronet of Ardoch, had most of her “Twelve Tunes” published in various late 18th c. Collections, but they were printed together in this small collection of about 1812. [From the Highland Music Trust page at "http://www.heallan.com/stirling.asp".]
